  5. ADMIN          displays information about a server
  6. AWAY             leaves a message saying you're not paying attention
  7. CHANNEL   joins a particular channel  
  8. CLEAR      clears the channel window
  9. CTCP        performs certain client specific actions

  11. DATE        shows server current date and time
  12. DCC          handles direct connections to remote clients
  13. DESCRIBE  sends anything about you to a person or channel
  14. DNS                    translates between IP addresses and DNS Names
  15.  
  16. IGNORE     removes output from specific people 
  17.                                 (not yet supported)

  19. INVITE     invitate another user to join a channel - operator only
  20.                                 parameters:

  23.                                 use * or nothing for current channel

  25. JOIN        joins a particular channel
